Your time to relax and unwind!

Our 17th Century Cornish Farm with grade II listed barns and Farmhouse is set in 10 acres. Nestled in the rolling hills of SE Cornwall with views down the valley to the sea at Seaton, we are tucked away in open countryside with wildlife and 'big skies' to enjoy. We have beautiful walks, beaches, coastal villages and moors all close by. We are just 3 miles from the SW Coastal Path, beaches and the town of Looe with its fishing port and sandy beach. We are in an excellent location to tour both Cornwall and Devon with attractions such as the Eden Project and National Aquarium less than an hour away.

Our 4 stunning barn conversions offer fantastic self catering accommodation. Our 3 larger cottages are ideal for families and groups to get together and the Linhay is ideal for couples looking for a bit of luxury! All are spacious and well equipped.

There is plenty to do for all ages with attractions, beaches, moors, the SW coastal path, villages and towns, gardens and houses, all close by. We are an ideal location whether you wish to relax or explore!

We enjoy far reaching countryside views down the wooded valley to Seaton on the Cornish coast with a glimpse of the sea.

There is no noise or light pollution and there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy.  We often see wild rabbits, bats, hedgehogs, pheasants, buzzards and many other bird species.

This is a peaceful, tranquil haven and a great place to unwind and relax.

Why not come and de-stress with a soak in our 8 person Hot Tub located in the grounds with stunning countryside views and a glimpse of the sea.

We have our own chickens laying free range eggs and when available our welcome packs include our own eggs. A local farmer grazes his sheep on our 9 acres of pasture land and sometimes they are accompanied by alpaca!

For our younger visitors and their families we have a play area to enjoy. This includes a climbing frame with a slide and playhouse and a variety of swings.

Pet owners: While we all love our own pets, we prefer to keep the cottages pet free. Please arrange for your four legged friends to have their own holiday while you are here.

We look forward to welcoming you to Cornwall, so please check the availability on our booking page and get in touch.
